Our first Mini Break was a great success!

We were over the moon to welcome Carol Anne to stay in our lovely caravan Dottie this week. Dottie is in the grounds of our home, near the stables, overlooking the Jurassic Coast.

The horses were divine. As we stood in front of their stables working our Top to Toe, the horses could feel the energy changes and they also released and blew through their nostrils.

Loki Bear showed his true colours- a typical youngster full of joy and happiness with a desire to perform to changes in energy. I offered an energetic dance of energy which he responded to so well. I then took him down to a calm grounded energy. I cannot wait for his progress in training.

Carol Anne and I discussed horse psychology and how the way humans expect a horse to respond can be a far cry from true horse language and the horses then proceeded to show Carol how they connected when we tried to tune in to their world.

We carry huge stuck energy from our chest up! Tightness in our facial muscles blocks our breathing. It’s only when we clear this blockage that we can release our flow of energy - to be a welcome friend to our horses.
